I completely agree with the other experiences listed here. It is unfortunate that there are some very sweet employees that are very helpful but those that ruin the reputation of those sweet employees. It is a terrible thing to have walked in with a smile and then having to leave feeling embarrassed, belittled, and upset over the employees attitude in instructing me to send mail. I hope some change may happen though unlikely

Like others, 0 stars if possible -- my zip code's USPS. Repeatedly claims to have "attempted delivery", but no evidence of them posting notices, ringing the bell, or even having come to the address. They seem just straight up lazy and push updates to senders as if they did their job -- I'd walk over and pick my stuff up more often if I knew my delivery was going to come via USPS. This is maybe the 6th time in the past year this has happened.

This is the worst of the worst post office. She does not know what she is doing. I asked for a premier mail forwarding service and she did not what that was. Then she found something on her computer to type what I wrote and charged me. When i asked her to double check, she waved me away saying there was nothing she could do more. But i never recived any forwarding mails. When i called the post office, they eventually told me that it should be made online. The USPS of forward-to address could not make such a request. So they charged me more than $85 for a service they could not perform.
