He tries to say it’s always been $6.00+ when I know that’s not true. This has happened to me multiples times where they upcharge. I went to another USPS and they only charged me $5.30.

The window was closed so I waited until a clerk informed me that they simply were not doing passport services today. No email, no text ahead of time, I even tried to call to confirm the morning of, but their phone number just rings and they admitted it does not work. Awfully run, no answers to any questions I had. In addition, there was a group of elderly people, one had a cane, another crutches. They were basically forced to walk down the stairs because the escalator is down and no one behind the glass would bother to assist them with the elevator, which they were unable to operate on their own. You are better off smuggling yourself out of the country in the back of a pickup truck than getting your passport done here. I hate everyone that works there
