An older customer at Window 6 spoke to the young gentleman working there in a rude, disrespectful, and prejudiced way — and it wasn’t right. He’s actually one of the best customer service clerks in the whole city, always patient, professional, and helpful no matter how busy it gets. As customers, we need to be better. It starts with us. The holidays are the craziest time of year for USPS — long lines, heavy volume, nonstop pressure — and a little courtesy goes a long way. These employees show up every day to keep things running, and they deserve respect just like anyone else. Please treat the USPS staff with kindness this season. They’re working hard for all of us.
