Genuinely confused as I’ve NEVER been spoken to with such disdain (and wondered why she hadn’t said before), I asked “are you telling me off?”, to which she said “trust me, you couldn’t manage if I told you off”. Yikes.

I have had the diabolical luck of getting "helped" by this employee 3 times and I feel like I am asking this person to run a marathon for me on my behalf. If I ask a question, this person gets frustrated I do not know the answer myself. I have never met somebody at the USPS this angry at the entire world. Try a different post office if you want to be treated like a normal person for doing something normal like sending a normal package.

The lady stationed next to the entrance must hate her job by the way she treats and speaks to customers, and don't even bother asking her a question, she might as well cuss you out!
