When I arrived at the Roosevelt Island post office at the scheduled time, I was told that I couldn't get in because the passport processing staff was off. I was very frustrated. I didn't receive any notification of cancellation, which was very wrong. I don't understand why you didn't cancel my reservation and waste our time.😤
