- TTThanh Ta2 days ago1.0The reviews did not lie. The women here are some of the most contentious I have met in my life. There is a kind man at the Canal street location or really any location other than this one.
- MSM SFeb 9, 20265.0Disagree with the poor reviews. The women here are friendly, smiling and nice. The fact that tape isn't free or shipping rates are high, are by no means a reflection of these hard workers. I have a lot of time and respect for them. One time the clerk even went out of her way bc I mailed the wrong item and she had to fetch it for me after the fact. The facility is indeed old and shabby, but the workers are cheerful if you understand them.

Asked the counter lady if she could use some of the tape that was sitting there to better seal the corner of my letter, and she pulled it away, saying it was her "personal" tape. After getting the receipt I stepped aside to take a picture of it, then got scolded again for doing so at an empty station. No wonder the USPS is losing money.
