It was my first time visiting, and around 2:34 PM there were only three customers inside — one filling out a form in the far corner, one being helped at the counter by Lyne, and myself. While I was standing in the middle of the floor looking for my prepaid QR code, Lyne suddenly shouted at me, saying there was an available clerk behind a large column covered with balloons and that I should go to her. I explained that I couldn’t see the other clerk because the balloons blocked my view, but Lyne continued to be rude, insisting I “was standing in the wrong place and should’ve been by the black rails.” The second clerk (#07) agreed and took my package, but both were unnecessarily harsh and unprofessional. The situation could have been handled in a much more courteous and welcoming way. I was simply trying to locate my QR code and ended up being yelled at. USPS should hire people who actually want to work in customer service and treat customers with basic respect.
