Approaching the counter, saying good morning, not receiving good morning back, and being scalded for not wrapping a package properly, is exactly how I want to start my day. Surely, there are different ways to tell someone that the package is not wrapped properly like: hi, good morning, I'm sorry we can't take this package because it's not wrapped properly but hey you can buy some tape and fix it, this is what's the problem with it. That is an alternative way to communicate to people. It's called being polite and kind. What a shame that we have forgotten basic manners these days!

I don't go to the post office in my neighborhood because of their workers attitude and slow paste of work. Thank you. I left a review because most post office locations here in NYC are despicable.

Never bothered me. 1.5 people working there at one time during rush hour? All good. But I asked for my invites to get hand canceled (40 total - 2.5 minutes of stamping time, if that) and they said they would. I tested them by sending myself one. Guess who LIE LIE LIIIEDDDD? So if you’re looking to get your cute invites hand canceled, make them do it in front of you, because otherwise they won’t.
