    I visited this location today and dealt with a clerk who was openly hostile. After giving vague instructions about a 'brown envelope' that was not labeled, she proceeded to yell at me when I asked for clarification. She was condescending and sarcastic, telling me 'listening is a skill.' I have never been treated with such disrespect at a post office. Management needs to retrain this employee on basic human decency.

    The staff at this post office are consistently rude and unhelpful. For over 10 years I’ve watched the same employees snap at customers, roll their eyes at basic questions, and act annoyed any time someone asks what something costs. They make mistakes, give attitude instead of assistance, and there seems to be zero accountability. It honestly feels like they keep hiring (and keeping) angry workers who behave badly instead of people who actually want to help the public. In any private-sector job this behavior wouldn’t be tolerated. It’s frustrating that our tax dollars are funding a place where customer service is this bad. The public should stop accepting the abuse that happens every time you need to approach a postal window. The way they speak to customers is something they should be embarrassed by; it’s not normal, and it’s not professional.
