Very disappointing because I just wanted to get this done and wanted to be polite & carry on but was so frustrated I felt my eyes tearing up. Hoping not to return anytime soon

She stamped and for search apparently, offered to open the parcel to show her exactly what was in it. It was a vinyl, I was sending it out to a friend. The vinyl was search and damaged :) and then yesterday I shipped out a fragile item and the box had fragile written all over it. As soon as I hand it over, the lady threw it in a pile full of other boxes. I packed it well, but I’m not sure now how adequate it was. I never expected her to be that rough with my parcel. Now I’m worried the china plates are damaged. I won’t know for a few days
