I was genuinely shocked and saddened at how nasty and condescending the two older women who helped me today were. I don't usually write reviews but I hope management sees this and can do a customer service training refreshment for the staff at this location because I honestly wanted to cry.

I can’t believe I’m giving a 5 star review to a USPS but Vereleen was an absolute angel. I had to post a bunch of things to Australia so the process was pretty complicated, she helped me with every step, was patient and great. Weirdly totally recommend this location!

How can the passport office only be open for 5 hours in the middle of a day, and when I show up at my appointment time it’s locked with a sign saying just a minute with nobody inside.

I went there today to drop off an international shipment with a prepaid shipping label that I didn't print simply because there is an option of printing it at a local office as seen in the picture. There was a Chinese lady on window 9 she said "We don't print it go find ups or FedEx" in a VERY RUDE way and seemed very upset as if I am asking her for a personal favor. I tried telling her that the website says that I can print it out at any usps office but she got very mad at me. Even if they don't print it which I have no idea why because the option is still there online" left the office and walked for 6 minutes back and forth to print it and ended going to another office. I don't know why almost every usps office employee are rude as if they choose them!!!! I will not use usps anymore. DHL is definitely better faster and with competitive prices.
