Was outside until 9:15am.. they open at 9am. Then waited 32 minutes inside for a clerk to open a wi dow... I was the second person in line , I got service at 9:58am.. to literally hand them a package I paid for online. Absolutely ridiculous. Please do better.

Not a mention of who is this individual, if it’s a neighbor, then which apt?! And most of all, why they never buzzed US, as we were all at home?! So frustrating.
