I asked the other employees, and they said she was coming — even though they were just sitting around. The passport person finally showed up at 10:25 AM and said, “I was in the back, and nobody told me you were waiting! Did you tell my colleague you were waiting?” Overall, the staff seemed indifferent and unmotivated.

Lines are long. But grateful for a place to drop off packages and rent checks. My biggest gripe however is the mail and package delivery service. Whoever is delivering package has a penchant for either being lazy and marking packages as delivered when they didn't even attempt to make it to your door (my building has cameras and no mail person at the door when packages are marked as delivered) or pocketing the items themselves. Alternatively, I have started adding a signature requirement to expensive packages, and guess what? Now the the mailman takes it upon themselves to FORGE MY SIGNATURE and still proceed to mark the item as delivered. I have tried to open cases about this behavior on the USPS service request website, personally visited the post office with this issue, and have called multiple times. I get the run around. There is no accountability for their workers malicious behavior. Unacceptable. Posting this review as a last resort.
