    my package of 400$ was marked delivered, the carrier scanned it as delivered but never actually delivered it. I got camera footage of him never going inside my building. He said he put it inside a parcel box in my building . My building doesn’t even have a parcel box been living there all my life. And as the footage confirmed he never entered the building . the supervisor sided with him and said it was scan delivered so that means it got delivered. Smh they are thieves and take advantage of their position. USPS took fault but because apparently the company I ordered from didnt put insurance they can’t do nothing about it or refund me . So I just lost 400$ because the carrier wanna steal my package and they just allowed it . Unfortunately they can’t disclose the carrier name with me so I can’t even make a report. Please if you wanna order packages and u in the zip code 10031 if it’s valuable order it somewhere else . If the carrier sees the company he will steal it. And get away with it

    I’ve had nothing but awful experiences here. From them already being closed at 12:26pm when their hours said they’re open until 1pm to long lines, broken equipment, a totally disheveled appearance, and rude employees, I wish I didn’t have to deal with them ever again. This is a federal service that we pay for as taxpayers - DO BETTER.

    I waited for over two weeks for a valuable package. The colonial park post office did not make any effort to reach me, they left no package slip, and then returned my package to the sender. Worst service ever.

    My package was supposedly delivered on August 29th at 8:03 A.M. I immediately went downstairs to go try and pick it up and there was nothing. I NEED ANSWERS!!! I’ve been calling all day today and no one is answering. WHERE’S MY PACKAGE ? I saw someone else on here is having issues as well.
