The improvement point is to add a ramp to the stairs for accessibility ( i had a stroller and had to lift it up the 5 or 6 stairs).

I have to pick packages up from this office often and she always goes the extra mile for me, and does so with kindness and patience. I’m sure her job is very challenging and not always totally fulfilling, but I’ve personally seen her help people in various states of anger/distress, and she always does so with ample grace.
