The middle eastern guy there is incredibly rude and not helpful. Made up random charges for hand cancelling.

I couldn’t find an entrance from the actual train hall, but it’s on the third floor. I found the only way in was from the outside

First of all, the signs in the station say the post office is on the C level when it is not. Secondly, the staff here is apparently too lazy to pick up the mail from the large drop box that you see first upon going upstairs, so they tape the drop box and redirect you to drop mail “in the main lobby”: I went down to look for it, thinking “main lobby” meant downstairs in the building’s main lobby, but no…a security officer tells me that people have been having the same problem all week: USPS signage is unclear and everyone is confused. The “main lobby” is upstairs, down the hall, around the corner, hidden from view and difficult to find. If the security guard working for the train station knows the signage is misleading, any USPS employee should have come to the same conclusion. But considering that walking 20 feet to pick up mail from the secondary drop box is apparently too much work (you put it there, not me), I am not sure I can expect them to do much of anything. Incompetence at its finest. Well done.
