Good post office and beautiful building. Very useful and strategic location. They always have a line but that is understandable. It is a busy central location. However no matter how busy it is, the postal service associate should not press the green button and rate themselves. I usually press the green button but the survey buttons were probably installed for a reason.

I don't understand why this location does not utilize the Go Post Delivery set-up. Grand Central station at 42nd street has this. They are understaffed. Most times you're standing in line for 40 minutes, line wrapped 3 times, and only 3 windows, until one of the clerks takes a break, etc.

Wonderful experience on a Saturday morning - no line and super friendly and helpful staff! Go up the stairs from the outside off of 8th and it’s right there!
