However no matter how busy it is, the postal service associate should not press the green button and rate themselves. I usually press the green button but the survey buttons were probably installed for a reason.

Most times you're standing in line for 40 minutes, line wrapped 3 times, and only 3 windows, until one of the clerks takes a break, etc.
