If you want to go to a post office where the clerks don’t want to/simply won’t do their jobs, this is definitely the place to go. If you have any kind of prepaid label or QR code they will refuse to service you even if there is no line and no customers for the clerks. Meanwhile they will allow a line to build up in front of the only self service kiosk in the store. The clerks sit without working, just using their phones and then proceed to send you away. I understand if there is an overflow of customers that the kiosk helps increase business transactions and reduce overflow from those just needing labels printed but if no one is there? USPS at its finest.

Incredible rude. If 0 stars was an option, I would give it to them. They obviously hate their jobs

Only good thing is availability of self-service. A single clerk was available who had a short temper and demanded patience.

On 10/16/25 at 9:38 AM, I went to ship a box with a QR code at my local post office. I usually go straight to the counter, unaware that there’s a kiosk for this purpose. When I approached window 5, the clerk immediately asked why I was there if my box didn’t have a label. I explained that I had a QR code, to which she replied I needed to use the kiosk. Confused, as there was no one else in line, I made my way over to the kiosk for the first time. I accidentally pressed the wrong scan button and returned to the counter for help. The clerk responded dismissively, asking how it didn’t work and then said she’d show me. I went back to the kiosk, tried again, and fortunately figured it out on my own. As the clerk approached, I let her know I had figured it out, and she responded with, “Unbelievable.” I was taken aback by this comment and couldn’t help but wonder why she couldn’t simply have scanned the QR code at the window, especially since there was no one else waiting. Definitely avoid this location if you can!
