They are super unhelpful. 2 miserable unhelpful women. They will not even let you use their pen if you need to complete an address on a box. Also super expensive for such slow delivery service, one would rather use FedEx to say, Chicago.

Workers are rude disrespectful and don’t want to take anyone that they don’t have to send my son to go ship a package for me. They said that they don’t take people that’s under 18 to ship packages they’re lying. They’re also very disrespectful when people wish them well

It is a damn shame that this post office 125th Manhattanville station. Not only have extremely long lines because they only have one or two tellers. Plus one of the tellers is very very rude, nasty and disrespectful. (the one with the nails)Something need to be done because it’s always like this.

If I could give this location zero stars I definitely would. For as long as I've lived in my building I've always complained to this locations supervisor regarding their carriers being on the phone while dropping off mail and leaving the mailboxes open. How in the world do you have a job as a mail carrier and forget to secure people's mailboxes. The attached picture is how our mailboxes were left on 12/31/25. The carrier for this route, 122nd street and Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Blvd. needs to be terminated. This happens on a consistent basis, completely unprofessional.

I made an appointment to send my passport application... I make the appointment and when I get to the office I’m going to ask one of those who work there if I’m going to make the line if I still made the appointment and she tells me in a bad way that it’s at rest, someone in line tells me that I have to wait on the line, I wait about 15 minutes, and when I get to the agent, she tells me that they are not making the passports there that I have to make another appointment to one of the places that there are new Look how I lost time from my work that I asked permission to go out to solve and even so because of their poor handling they couldn’t really solve my attention. The Customer is garbage. I’ll never come back!!
