There was only one window open and the line was long. This was early in the morning after 9 am and that made me impatient 😡. This location needs to do better.

Genuinely the worst post office I’ve been to. There was a long line a 0 staff to be found. Had to leave because I wasn’t wasting my time. Everyone here is genuinely useless and should be out of jobs

I made an appointment for passport, only to get there and they said they did not do it that day. What is the point of making an appointment then? Rude and disorganized

I’ve had several packages held here “at customers request,” saying attempted delivery, but with no slip. We have a door man and work from home so clearly no attempt was actually made. They also never actually open at 8 am. The doors do, but nobody shows up to work until well after 8. One time it was me and maybe twenty people waiting until 8:30 for someone to arrive. By far the worst USPS I’ve been to, which is definitely saying something

Opens at 8am, and the lady working the register has a huge box in front of her blocking her view, and still hasn’t opened her station yet. It’s 8:20. She’s engulfed in some conversation with a coworker, seeming to complain. We get you hate your job, but it’s a job. Now I’m late for mine, and I played by the rules. Don’t we pay for this??? 2/11/26.
