There was a wait due to understaffing but they were still helpful and answered my questions (even though some of them I could've found online)

Processed my change of address very quickly. I was in and out in less than a minute. Post office is a great national asset! 🇺🇸

Negative stars! This Post office servicing this area is the WORSE! The mail carriers are so lazy. People in counter with attitude! Boxes not getting delivered or missing! I’m sitting in front of mailbox and I will get notifications delivery ( see photo) is attempted or boxes delivered. There is NO notice left as seen on photo. They are getting used to people picking up stuff from post office so why even deliver?!!!!!!!!!Better to use UPS or FEDEX. USPS is not cheap anymore and service continues to suck.

Dear POSTAL CARRIERS: PLEASE do not tell another person the status of another persons mail. For example, telling my neighbors, what is the content of my delivered or soon to be delivered mail. This is causing too, many arguments and fights with people. For example, the Postal Carrier knows Mrs. X and has been delivering her mail. So, Mrs. X asks the Postal Carrier if Mrs. Y, has gotten her refund check. The Postal Carrier says "yes". Then, Mrs. X asks the Postal Carrier "do you have my check" and the Postal person says "no". Then, Mrs. X storms into her home and wants to fight Mrs. Y when really, the Postal Carrier should have told Mrs. X, "you know I can't tell you that information". PLEASE Post Office workers, have some respect for the Public as people's mail is supposed to be private and personal. Thank you.
