The most useless USPS location in all of NYC. They need to let the current employees go and rehire. The current ones refuse to do their job. If you have a package end up here for pickup, expect to never receive it. I've had employees refuse to look for my packages and have also had employees tell me to leave because they "didn't feel like" working.

The gentleman at the counter wouldn’t let me use his stapler that was sitting right next to him. Instead of being helpful,
He was rude.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I’m from the Bronx and the people who work at the offices there aren’t even as rude and nasty as the woman in this location. All I asked her was “hey, do you know where the best place to put this package is?” Because the box to put packages was locked. She goes “ This post office doesn’t open till 10am. I’m not going to help you tile then. PERIODT.” The customer service here is disgusting. No wonder they have 2 stars. I wouldnt be surprised if the low star ratings are all interactions with this woman.
