The worst post office I’ve ever been to. They had 1 kind worker who was the manager and idk if she’s still there but all the other workers are very rude and have attitudes. Even if you are patiently waiting not saying anything or bothering anyone, workers will tell speak to you rudely to let you know that they aren’t open yet even though you’re literally just waiting for the windows to open not complaining or saying anything. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Maybe the need to get paid more for what they do but the employee’s morale and attitude at this location is awful. I always have great experiences at the 52nd street post office which unfortunately is no longer my location for delivery pick ups.

Unacceptable and arrogant service. The employee (with the very long nails) was completely disinterested and visibly irritated the moment I asked a simple question about certified mail delivery timing. Instead of providing helpful information, she dismissively blamed weather delays. When I calmly asked whether that meant one, two, or three weeks, she responded sarcastically that she’s not the one hand-delivering the mail. That level of attitude toward a reasonable question is unacceptable. I chose to take my package elsewhere. Based on this experience, the two-star rating for this USPS location makes perfect sense.

They usually don’t have a separate attendant for package pickup so you have to wait in the general line which is usually a 20 min wait.
