Always understaffed, the staff is rude, short with you, unable to help in any way. One of the worst experiences- the staff told me the address for my return didn’t exist and offered me alternative addresses. Thank God I stuck with the original address as IT WAS CORRECT. How can a post office not have the correct addresses in the US. So incompetent.
