    DO NOT offer redelivery service if you cannot even commit to it, this is a waste of my time to wait at home if no one is going to redeliver the package even after receiving the confirmation email. Poorly executed and not meet any expectation.

    Always such an unpleasant experience. At this point I have visited this establishment around 10 times and maybe once had an okay experience. Always understaffed, the staff is rude, short with you, unable to help in any way. One of the worst experiences- the staff told me the address for my return didn’t exist and offered me alternative addresses. Thank God I stuck with the original address as IT WAS CORRECT. How can a post office not have the correct addresses in the US. So incompetent.
