Extremely bad experience at window 20. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, he told me he was the supervisor, even though 30 minutes earlier he told another customer to wait aside for a supervisor, and she waited at least 25 minutes without ever seeing one.

Always such an unpleasant experience. At this point I have visited this establishment around 10 times and maybe once had an okay experience. Always understaffed, the staff is rude, short with you, unable to help in any way.
One of the worst experiences- the staff told me the address for my return didn’t exist and offered me alternative addresses. Thank God I stuck with the original address as IT WAS CORRECT. How can a post office not have the correct addresses in the US. So incompetent.

It appears to be very understaffed and counters take a long time. Very disappointing.
