A month or two ago I went in asking for postcard stamps only to be told they didn't have any in a strong, "now leave" tone. When would they get new ones? What's the going rate if I want to print out equivalent stamps at the kiosk? No help.
Now this week they held on to my package for 3 days after I dropped it off and it's going to be late for Christmas.
If you can, just write this one off and go to 23rd Street which has better hours anyways.

The post office opened at 9 am and it is 9:20 and no one working the window yet and long line. Frustrating, holiday season and they should be prepared

Workers are rude, curt, and makes a person feel, terrible to intrude their time and space. First and foremost. They are always out of stock On forms needed to be sent overseas and never have passport renewal forms.
They Have no answer to any questions you ask them. It’s a terrible place to Rely on for our mail services.

The Indian/middle Eastern (pardon my observation) 5’4”/5’5” woman closing at 3:45pm on 11/15/2025 berated myself and many customers saying they were closed an online stated 4. She continued having a public meltdown berating myself and others in line. She continued to scream and threaten “I shouldn’t have let you in” I am concerned for her mental health and stability working in postal service. I did not feel safe in her presence and worried for her well being.
