One star is way too high but zero wasn’t an option. Between the door that’s sometimes open and sometimes not, the awful customer service, the inability to update their website when there’s a closure due to inclement weather, and the frequent pool of water on the right side as you enter this branch is practically the eighth wonder of the world.

God help you if you live in this zip code. Carriers are horrendous and the staff at the 14th street branch is surly and unhelpful. I've been dealing with this crew for 20+ years and it seems to get worse every year. Packages lost when out for delivery? Check. Mail routinely put into the wrong mailbox? Check. Correctly addressed mail returned to sender for no reason at all? Check. The worst.
