At first glance, it was a bit confusing to find the post office is not at street level but located on the 4th floor inside an office building. Because of this setup, visitors must check in at the front desk, present an ID, and receive a temporary pass before heading up via the elevators. It’s certainly an unusual process for something as simple as mailing a letter or buying a stamp. Once upstairs, the USPS office itself is small but fully functional, offering the complete range of postal services you would expect from any standard branch. Despite the unconventional location, the service was efficient, and the staff members were professional, courteous, and quick to assist. While the access procedure may feel inconvenient, especially for customers in a hurry, the quality of service once inside helps offset the extra steps. Overall, it’s a reliable USPS location with friendly staff, though the building-security process makes it a bit less straightforward than typical post offices.

In these trying times they will try to send you to another location, and upsell you with packing supplies. They also do not accept packages that are medium sized boxes considering their office size even though everything has been prepaid. Please find better employees that are willing to help customers do the simplest of things because these woman love to waste time on the clock.
