- CACristian ArangoApr 17, 20251.0I visited this post office today between 3 PM and 6 PM, and I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the employees working at the window a Black woman whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. She was extremely rude and dismissive throughout the interaction. I had some questions about the type of mail I was trying to send, and instead of helping or explaining, she responded with a very negative and unprofessional attitude, making me feel like I was bothering her just by asking. It was clear she didn’t want to be there or deal with customers, and that kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. especially in a public service job. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. Someone with that kind of attitude should not be representing the USPS. I hope this is addressed seriously.
