Dirty, Never opens on time, staff are extremely Rude and obnoxious, they never want to work and the wait is always close to an hour for the simplest things , I would give it a zero but I still get what I need out of here!!!

Got harassed and so did my wife by a Hispanic employee, she had blondish hair. Yelling and threw a pen at me. She also yelled at my wife who was carrying my 1 year old. All because we were asking simple questions. Yeah these people are criminals. Avoid at all costs. What they’re doing there is either illegal or borderline illegal. Management needs to do a serious overhaul. Yelling and throwing things at customers while they’re carrying a 1 year old. Just trying to mail something out. SMH

This USPS keeps improving over time. It's very important for this neighborhood. It's also very convenient. They removed the mail box that used to be in front. It will be nice to open up at 7AM just to drop the mail inside like the old days.

The fact that there are over 500 reviews and it's rated at 1.3 really tells you everything you need to know... lol I came in a few days ago to resolve a simple mis-scan issue, and the experience at this location was honestly unacceptable. One of the clerks treated me with immediate attitude before I could even finish explaining the situation, refused to check the tracking system, and spoke to me in a very dismissive and unprofessional way. I won’t specify details here, but further actions were taken and the appropriate USPS teams have already been contacted, so they are aware of exactly who this review refers to. On a positive note, another clerk was polite and helped confirm the actual issue within seconds, proof that customer service SHOULD be simple and respectful. This station already has low ratings for a reason, and today made it clear why. I hope management seriously addresses the behavior here, because customers should not be treated this way when all we’re doing is trying to get accurate information about our mail. I did get an email from USPS that they handled it, but idk how true that may be. PLEASE go to UPS or another post office lol

Vivo cerca y prefiero caminar hasta el correo de la 181st. Las que trabajan ay se creen las dueñas del correo, las e visto tratar horrible a las personas que no hablan inglés y no las pueden entender
