I’m coming from the Bronx thinking it’s gonna be better service here but it is a disaster everywhere, they don’t have compassion for the elderly they treat them like garbage and of course costumer service skills is nowhere to be found in this location, hopefully the post office start doing training for their employees for a better service. This is a very busy location and there’s always 2 cashiers… smh

Worst service and attitude ever. Especially in the morning. So rude!
I’ve never been talked down to like that before. Just because we live in this area does not mean that we do not deserve respect as customers. If you’re having a bad day don’t clock in. Under no circumstances should anyone behind the window yell or demean a client especially when the delivery was failed on their end. Should train to have better communication and patience with the customer. Their employees think it’s ok to pass off their bad attitude to the client and have 0 sense of urgency behind the counter but nothing gets handled here because there is no upper management available and they get away with it.

The service at this location is terrible. Employees are so rude when you're asking basic questions. They don't treat people with respect. This is why you're losing business to other couriers.

I'm here right now, and I don't understand why the boss himself isn't cleaning up. There's no one at the counter either.
