They lost a birthday gift personally sent from overseas. Tracking records show it arrived at a post office in 10025, but never delivered. It is devastating, and I hope they find out what happened.

I only write reviews when I have a superb (or absolutely terrible) experience. The USPS at 534 W 112th defied the typical post office experience. I came in near closing time and the clerk whose last name is Smith (her first name was covered) was so professional, friendly, and knowledgeable I felt compelled to share my experience. She helped everyone who had formed a line even though getting my box took us past closing time. A true joy and I'm glad I'll get to pop in regularly to check my mail.
