    Genesis is the most dedicated employee I have ever encountered! She found my lost package (by no fault of her own) and reunited me with it through straight-up detective work, please acknowledge this amazing employee!!!

    Natalie and Daniel are exceptional people and conscientious employees. They have helped make all of my experiences there pleasant and my transactions are efficiently handled. I don’t mail packages any other way because of them! They are ALWAYS kind and courteous, never in a rush! My packages always get delivered and properly prepared for mailing. Very special place with very special people! Daniel and Natalie!!!

    By far my favorite UPS store in the city! Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable. Even when the line is long they give care and attention to each customer and provide speedy service to help everyone in a timely manner. Daniel was super helpful and made sure to greet everyone as they walked in and thanked us when we left.

    Unprofessional and unhelpful „service“ - the staff member I interacted with was dismissive, barely communicated, and made me feel judged rather than assisted. Overall, the experience lacked basic customer service and left a very poor impression.

    I love this location. And Daniel is amazing and my favorite. I’ve seen him handle my shipment, while finishing another, and training his fellow employee all at the same time. And I trust 100% that he knows exactly what he’s doing. I know my package will arrive where and when I asked it to be.
