Great customer service but very disappointed with the hidden fees! I only needed to print 1 colored page and saw it was 0.99 cents on the screen. When I logged off after printing I was charged 5.00 for using the PC. What a rip off! This charge is a hidden fee and was not displayed on the screen! It mislead my to print there, otherwise I would not have paid 6.00 for 1 colored page.

They are pretty efficient, but rude and just really unhappy. We waited on line about 15 minutes and had a chance to hear how Paul talks to everyone. He’s almost monotonic. Once we were taken, he worked quickly, but he was really brusque. I wouldn’t call it a pleasant experience.

These guys are rude as hell. They have the tiniest little sign in 12 point font on the door that says two people at a time. I’d never been here before. They BARK at you to get out and wait and act incredulous that you didn’t see their tiny sign. Same thing happened to my friend who also didn’t realize. Maybe make it a little clearer instead of welcoming your customers in the door by literally yelling at them.

The franchise owner of this store must be making money hand over fist charging customers $3 simply to print a pre-paid shipping label for a return. This is not the first time they have tried to nickel and dime me, and I am confident they are doing the same to others.
I fully expect the standard reply of “we don’t set the rates,” which is simply not true. I have been to multiple other UPS Stores across Manhattan to complete identical returns for the same retailers and have never once been charged a fee to print a prepaid label. This is a choice, not a policy.
It feels intentionally opportunistic and misleading, especially when customers are already doing the store a favor by bringing in prepaid business. In the spirit of the time of year, I don’t just hate this store, I loathe it entirely.
