I joined the line, went in when it was my turn, the dude with the large hair do scanned my package, then gave me a receipt and I was out. 10 min min. What’s the big deal. Oh and I’ve been in the upper east side since ‘89 so I know the area plenty well and I’ve dealt with almost all the businesses around here. These guys are just doing their job. Give em a break or walk down a few blocks to the next UPS. Don’t show up and then complain about it.
