- DMDianaly Martinez5 days ago1.0Im never going back to this ups store again. This is the second time, the workers were not doing anything and the return kiosk was busy. They always tell me the returns are only on the kiosk, which is a lie. My type of return needs an associate assistance since its not an amazon return. Why do i need to explain that everytime THAN when i do it, the kiosk says i need associate assistance? Its a waste of time for something I already know. Every time i go to the other ups stores, the staff always helps and not be on their phones. Its sad that the same staff ruined my chance to ever return back. I wouldn't recommend anyone who only speaks Spanish and doesn't know technology or someone who knows more than these staff members.
