I specifically choose to use this location as my access point because of theft around the neighborhood. I choose to get email & text confirmation for my package. Somehow my delivery was changed to a location in the Bronx stating it was me the receiver who changed but never did. It was sent to an access point in the Bronx to Gus. Definitely not trustworthy, I wouldn't choose this location to pick up packages.

I’ve been to this UPS store many, many times. The staff is friendly and consistently helpful—but VERY laid back. Don’t expect lightning-fast service, and that’s okay with me (I’m Caribbean, so I’m used to a more relaxed pace).
To be clear, they’re not slacking off—they’re always assisting customers and keeping the line moving. There’s just no sense of urgency, which might not work for everyone.
One small thing I noticed: they didn’t offer to discard my box after my return, which T-Mobile had just done minutes earlier. Not a big deal—I wouldn’t have thought twice if I hadn’t done back-to-back returns.
Bottom line: I always get what I need done quickly, and I prefer this store over other options for returns. It’s my go-to.
