I hardly go there because the customer service is lacking along with an attitude like they don’t want to be there and they don’t pick up the phone. I rather spend hard earned money somewhere else.

This place is the worst . Not only they never pick up phone calls they “lost” package . Never mailed it out my tracking number doesn’t even exist. Never ever use this place

I specifically choose to use this location as my access point because of theft around the neighborhood. I choose to get email & text confirmation for my package. Somehow my delivery was changed to a location in the Bronx stating it was me the receiver who changed but never did. It was sent to an access point in the Bronx to Gus. Definitely not trustworthy, I wouldn't choose this location to pick up packages.

De haber leído esto comentario ante yo no estuviera pasando por esta molestia que tengo ahora mi paquete perdido valorado en 1400 dolar y no quieren responder por la irresponsabilidad de su deliveri que se le ocurre colocar un sobre en el suelo en la parte posterior del jardin,ups es el peor agente de envío, especialmente el de new york
