Im so mad with the workers there
I was today in the morning to notarize a paper and the guy said you have to print the paper to open the email and I said that’s so stupid you guys you can do it and after he said you have to come back and I go back at 12:50 and he said I’m sorry, but she’s not here and she was in front of me and I said yeah she’s there and she go back. It was a short girl woman with blonde hair curly and the guy was with ponytail curly hair with glasses and he said no I didn’t say that in the morning maybe it wasn’t me. I said yeah it was you and in front of the Client he said next client and he ignore me. I don’t know how you leave those workers to work there.

Paid a lot of money for overnight shipping, employee packaged my item. Package was returned to sender. Asked for a refund, never got it. Manager never follows up. Burning $80 would have been more productive and time saving than this.

The notary at your location omitted two critical pieces of information on my document. When I went to the County Clerk to have it authenticated, I was turned away due to the incomplete notarization. This caused a significant delay in a very time-sensitive matter.
When I called the store today to ask whether the missing information could be completed, I was told the notary is on vacation for two weeks, which I understood. However, the associate who answered the phone became extremely unprofessional. She raised her voice, talked over me, and ultimately hung up—despite my remaining polite throughout the conversation. Her reaction was unwarranted and completely inappropriate.
Given the impact of the error and the unacceptable behavior I experienced, I will be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection, and the NYS Department of State Division of Licensing Services.
This was a simple issue that could have been resolved professionally. I hope the owners will address this matter and ensure staff are properly trained and demonstrate basic courtesy and respect.
