- MMMilo MNov 14, 20251.0The notary at your location omitted two critical pieces of information on my document. When I went to the County Clerk to have it authenticated, I was turned away due to the incomplete notarization. This caused a significant delay in a very time-sensitive matter. When I called the store today to ask whether the missing information could be completed, I was told the notary is on vacation for two weeks, which I understood. However, the associate who answered the phone became extremely unprofessional. She raised her voice, talked over me, and ultimately hung up—despite my remaining polite throughout the conversation. Her reaction was unwarranted and completely inappropriate. Given the impact of the error and the unacceptable behavior I experienced, I will be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the NYC Department of Consumer and Worker Protection, and the NYS Department of State Division of Licensing Services. This was a simple issue that could have been resolved professionally. I hope the owners will address this matter and ensure staff are properly trained and demonstrate basic courtesy and respect.

They also have a super nice Notary Public that’s there in the mornings Mon-Thur, weekly for $2 a document. This is probably the fourth time I’ve used them in the last 7 years and they are consistently professional.
