- MNManya NaiduFeb 17, 20261.0I went to this store to return my Amazon Package on Wed, Feb 11th 2026 in the morning. A male staff member (Black man) told me to do the return myself. I told him that I would like to do it at the register. He called me “lazy” and a female staff (black woman) started laughing at me and they were making fun of me in front of my face! I was shocked & I asked him why he called me “lazy.” Then he refused to take my return. The female staff member did the return. These 2 staff members are the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I hope the in-store camera captured this incident. I filed a complaint with UPS Customer Service. I tried to take pictures of them, but the man hid his face. Very horrible staff at this location!

And they are - props to Keenan brown for the help and you all should look to him as a good employee and a leader - so many places won’t look at you when your asking to get in a minute kayye! Every interaction I've had with them has not only been pleasant, but professional. They have gone above and beyond to be helpful in supporting my business. They have a very tough job dealing with members of the public and retail shipping clients. In my opinion, La***** and her team do an absolutely stellar job. I hope to be making use of this outlet for the foreseeable future! THANKS A MILLION GUYS!

Barely speak with you, raise their voices, and yell at customers - and then laugh about them. It’s the worst experience ever. They should be fired, and UPS should truly look at this store; it's damaging the brand and reputation.
