I went to the nearest location on 95th and 2nd and they did it with no problem right before closing.

The employees are always nice and efficient. And I've never had any problems sending new packages or dropping off returns. One time I did get over charged because they used the measurements printed on the Staples box I was using, not realizing I had modified the box size at home to fit the dimensions of the contents. But after I told them and they updated the price immediately. No one's fault.
