    UPS franchisees have leeway in charging for packing, including supplying tape. This one is at the very high end for these costs and charges the packing cost even if it is only to put your item in their box with no wrapping needed. Using their tape costs extra too. I know that UPS prides itself on fast service on packages sent up and down the East Coast. I was told I would have to pay a premium rate or expect a five business day delivery window - no guarantees. I went to a different UPS store where the final cost was less than half of what I expected to pay at the Madison Avenue UPS place. The staff at second UPS location took the time to explain the costs and my options. Both my packages to two different East Coast cities arrived the next day.

    Great customer service. Eyad went above and beyond to help me with my returns when I couldn't figure out how to get the information from my phone he was patient and so very helpful. Thank you for making my experience great and also easy. He definitely needs a raise!

    I had a great experience at this UPS Store! The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Zahid and Farhan went above and beyond to help me with my color printing — they were friendly, professional, and made sure everything came out perfectly. The store was clean, well-organized, and welcoming. It’s rare to find this level of service and attention to detail these days. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location to anyone needing printing or shipping services.
