They said "Oh yeah, you're right." Showed up 15 minutes before their closing time (based on their store sign and google hours) and they were completely closed, no answer on the phone either. Looks like I'm not the only to complain about this, either, nice to see you've been working on solving this issue? Lol In general, messed up that UPS charges $8 to hold a package when you already paid for shipping. Sorry I don't have a job where I can sit at home waiting to receive and sign for a package?
