    Dirty store with unfriendly cranky people that do not say Thank you. It may depend when and who is working but it is always dirty and not a comfortable space. I was asked if I wanted a receipt and I replied "yes please". When he handed it to me there was no thank you or any recognition only "Next" when I hadn't even turned around to leave. Shame. Other UPS locations are wonderful.

    Never had issues with any other ups store but this guy here was absolutely rude. Never encountered someone so disgusting in my life - I’m actually quite amazed by the experience. It’s eye opening for sure.

    UPS stores are known to vary in quality but this might win the trophy for worst that at least I’ve come across. The staff is incredibly rude and usually will take 15 min breaks in between customers. The attempt to upcharge is also ridiculous, charging “convenience fees” for packages that are otherwise already paid for by Amazon. Much better suited going to the store on 29th street just a few blocks down

    Horrible. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Came here at 5:33 on a Sat, store timings are till 6pm and we weren't let in.
