  He needs to be fired. He was late. He was in there at 12:15pm. and he kept listening music in his ears with earpieces. He let customers 12:20pm. His face said : do not talk me, I am in bad mood in this Sunday,2/22/2026 And He let me put lable on boxes, and he let me put those boxes on the cart... UPS so cool place.. what about tring to AI doing it? Let cutomer scan and put lable and stack. Do not watse money for like that dude. Fix please.

  This location although busy and centrally located it's way too small to accommodate the volume of packages processed for pickup.

  The two men on the counter on 12/11/25 were incredibly rude and disrespectful and at a certain point started to work together to torment me to drag out the process of trying to ship a package to UK and make it as unpleasant as possible. I could tell this was something they had done before to other customers as it was a well oiled process for them. I was extremely polite and only asked the first gentleman why he kept serving other people when I was quickly gathering the information he was asking me for. When I had the information he didn’t listen and consequently asked me to repeat it which I commented I had already given him. This seemed to be what started their awful behavior and I did then calmly comment on what they were doing and why they were showing me no proper customer service. This was by far the worst experience I’d ever with any customer service (and I work with this industry often!) as my treatment was blatantly abusive. So I DO NOT recommend this store for obvious reasons!

  We were mailing gifts to young relatives and UPS is typically very convenient. Ralph helped us out very professionally with packing and shipping! I arrived an hour after they opened and there was no line. Thanks UPS and thanks Ralph! I hope my young nieces and nephews are happy with their gifts!
