    This store IS CLOSED ON SUNDAY AT 1pm there are people in there but refuse to open and attend. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!

    The only easy part of cancelling my Verizon Fios subscription was dropping off the router at this location. After dueling with Verizon to receive your disconnect order number, just bring your equipment and the number to the store and they take care of everything else. The person at the counter was great! Thank you for the pleasant experience.

    During our trip, we wanted to ship a few items to friends in the USA that we wouldn’t need during the rest of our journey through Central America. We visited the UPS Store with many questions, as we had never shipped a package in the United States before. Taquan patiently answered all of our questions and helped us make sure our items were shipped safely. Thank you very much for your help, Taquan. I hope I spelled your name correctly.

    Today, at 1:45 pm, I went to the UPS Store at this location to return Amazon parcels. There was only one employee working, and there were no other customers in the store. Despite the store being completely empty, this employee immediately began yelling at me aggressively! He claimed it was a “busy season” and accused me of “coming there all the time” (I live across the store lol) and being unprepared because my Amazon returns required QR codes to be scanned. If you cannot click a scanner to scan the code, how can you even work at the post office?? Instead of helping me, he continued to speak in a hostile, irritated, and disrespectful manner and then refused to serve me at all, telling me to go to another UPS Store!!! He seemed not busy but under some illegal substances or having mental health issues!!! Why should I go to another if I live 2 minutes away from this one? Maybe, he should find another workplace? Because of his behavior, I was forced to carry a heavy bag of packages and walk to another location in snowy weather. This was exhausting, unnecessary, and entirely caused by his refusal to do his job. This employee is wild, hostile, and completely unfit to work with customers. Yelling, making false accusations, and refusing service when the store is empty is unacceptable. He should be fired. Someone who treats customers this way cannot and should not represent UPS. I expect immediate action to be taken regarding this employee and this store at this location. No customer should ever experience this level of aggression and disrespect. First thing tomorrow, I’ll report this to the UPS hotline. Sincerely, Hanna
