The Real Real has a partnership with UPS where they pack and ship items for free. It even says it on my instructions and I showed her and she argued with me incessantly about this. I have never had this issue before and I do this all the time. Train your employees better!!! I had to lug my items to a different UPS store and they took them for free no problem. Such a waste of time and so frustrating.

The manager has dictated strict policies for how his associates can operate, that result in them being unable to properly serve customers. When asked what is behind his strict store policies, the manager cites UPS policy, but is unable to share any proof of any UPS policy that backs his own personal policies. UPS store run by dictat, set for failure. Shut it down.
