Every time I come in for notary services, I have to ask whether the notary is working that day. There is no posted schedule in the store, and often it turns out that the notary is either not available or will arrive later. It would be very helpful to have the notary’s schedule clearly displayed or communicated in advance. This would save customers time and make the service even better.

The Real Real has a partnership with UPS where they pack and ship items for free. It even says it on my instructions and I showed her and she argued with me incessantly about this. I have never had this issue before and I do this all the time. Train your employees better!!! I had to lug my items to a different UPS store and they took them for free no problem. Such a waste of time and so frustrating.
