He said one moment. He went to the back and told a man someone was here for a notary. The man told him to tell me he wasn’t there. I could have gone to the UPS store on the E 116th near Lenox, but came here to save time. Save yourself the trouble and go there first. The notary also has greater hours on E 116th and their customer service is consistently good. You have to catch these people on Frederick when they are having a good day.

The 3rd time was to get weight and tracking # of a packaged I shipped and the package had gotten lost due to a mishandling in Texas. The workers got on the phone got all the details and information for me and even helped me file a claim. The 2nd time I was there ship a package they help me print out the label and was patient enough to help me with the emailing to make sure everything was correct on both ends of my transaction.
