  Excellent Customer Service. These ladies work well together they know what they are doing. I was impressed on how many customers knew them by name. They care and it shows in the service

  Worst customer service ever! Paid the store for Priority Mail Express for $75.42 for a time sensitive package on Friday 12/5/2025 scheduled to be delivered on Saturday 12/6/2025 at 6:00pm. The package was not delivered. Called the post office and was told they only received $39.40 from this store and they received the package after 7:00pm and if they received the package on time, it could have been delivered on Sunday. The USPS was very polite and apologized for something she did not do. I called the UPS store and spoke to someone named Irene who claim to be the owner of the store but his level of unprofessionalism STATES otherwise as was he was very disrespectful and was yelling throughout our conversation. He stated that he knew who I was and I chose the "cheapest" package and I was told that next day was not guaranteed. I have not talk to this man in my life. So according to Irene the "owner" I chose the cheapest package which gave him the right to yell and scream at me after ripping me off? Why would someone pay almost 50 dollars extra to a third party aka UPS to get a package delivered on behalf of USPS and still not get a good service??? He did not want the sender to walk away and go to USPS directly. He claimed they could provide the service on behalf of USPS. Stay away from these greedy yelling scammers who charged fees on top of fees unapologetically.

  I genuinely think I get the best fast customer service from employee 343442. I walk in not knowing much of my returns ,she guides me and implements the best way to do it. Even with multiple customers , with a calm focus mindset she knows how to dial in multitasking at its best. Showing that one person can do it all. I am extremely satisfied with the service store #5017. 10/10
