They never open when they should. Long line of people every morning waiting for them to finally open the store (late).

Unfortunately, one of the most useless policies ever as they won't accept an id, a passport or any official documents to release a package and need a physical piece of mail instead... Which doesn't exist now thatvall bills are electronic but hey, they can't accept an electronic version of that same bill. Just completely ridiculous.
