    Branden provided great Customer service. Extremely patient with all requests. We needed multiple boxes before they closed and he seemed glad to help. My family and I appreciated the service since we were shipping items back to our home town.

    Branden was a great help for us, we came in 20 min before closing. we had to ship out 3 big boxes. Branden gave us excellent customer service! i recommend this store 100%

    I'd give zero or negative stars if that were possible. This UPS store is the worst ever. The staff are rude, misapply charges at will, don't go here! All the other negative reviews are exactly right. A disaster of a UPS location.

    If possible do not ever use UPS. Completely incompetent. I didn’t get my package, I got an email that my package had been picked up? I call customer care, they give me the “specific access point’s” phone number. I call, the computer voice wastes my time for 10 minutes before directing me back to the general office which the person on the phone says the same nonsense of giving me the phone number again. As if that isn’t the number I currently called them from. Now telling me my package has been picked up. But I never picked it up and they can’t provide me an explanation and saying I need to contact the vendor to open an investigation. Not my first situation where they have been incompetent. But this definitely takes the cake. I wish I had the option, I would not have let ups pick up my package if I knew they were the delivery service. They will always have a hater in me as they cause me nothing but inconvenience.
