Jamel was absolutely amazing at this store! His customer service was excellent. He was knowledgeable, helpful, kind, patient and such a pleasure to face off with. I have been to may UPS stores as a regular customer and it was refreshing to find such a great customer service experience. Noticed he was this way to both me, and other customers coming into the store. Thank You Jamel!

I returned my Verizon router (5G Home) here, their system wasn't working so they didn't give me a return receipt but they said they would take care of it. I left them my phone number in case there were any issues. They never returned it, so Verizon charge me $200 for not returning the equipment. When I went back they told me they didn't have anything. Some things you can attribute to human error, this was straight malice.

Jose gave me amazing service. Was busy and still took the time to help me choose best box and ended up helping me pack it and squeeze it in. I really appreciate it and will be back again. Give him a raise!
