Edit: You’ll see if you sort reviews — this location is notorious for losing time sensitive parcels. Whatever fluffy response messages they reply with on negative reviews are meaningless.

A shout out to Marlon, who was working alone behind the counter when I arrived on a freezing Saturday morning. In spite of the line of customers who continually came in, Marlon was polite, courteous, couldn't have been nicer when I dropped in to have some papers faxed. He's a definitre asset to UPS amd would make a great mananger.
