I needed to print an email, fill out an important form, email it back, copy it, and send it out. I was overwhelmed, and Hector immediately said, “Don’t worry, I’ll help you.” When I told him I didn’t want to be “that woman who can’t do anything,” he reassured me with such kindness. Hector helped me step by step, even when I made mistakes, and never once made me feel “like that woman “. The other two gentlemen, Darcell and Marlon, were just as warm and friendly. I’ve been in this store before and always noticed how genuinely nice these guys are. After leaving, I found out I had done the form wrong and had to come back (this time with donuts to thank them!). Once again, Hector jumped in and helped me with such patience and kindness. You guys were like human tranquilizers. I felt so much better when I left. Thank you again. Enjoy the holidays !
