After looking at some of the more recent reviews, it looks like her name is Diana. She was very disrespectful and condescending - I've been to this store many times over the past 10 years, I've never seen such a nasty and rude employee before, usually the service has been professional. She even yelled at me to not come back because apparently she didn't like the way I opened the door when I left. It’s interesting and suspicious to see how the past few months this store is suddenly flooded with five star reviews praising this woman specifically and even taking her photo. It almost looks as if it’s been artificially inflated by people who seem to know her like a personal friend because no such reviews were given in a similar fashion over the past decade for a specific staff member.

She made my return process so seamless and stress free and an enjoyable experience. We even laughed throughout the process. Very grateful for her.
