The employee opened my box and handed the empty box to me and then told me I could not dispose of the small box inside the U.P.S store. I had no idea a customer could not use a UPS garbage can for trash. Then when I asked for copy of my receipt, he told me to take a photo of the receipt instead of simply printing a receipt for me. It was just a weird experience. I won't be returning to this location.

The other bad reviews are so on point. When I went last time they said I needed an ID to ship a package? LOL umm never in my 10 years of living in Manhattan has any UPS store asked me for ID when shipping a package. Never ever going back. Yesterday they quoted me $32 for printing two labels and a box. I asked if could package it myself , these people are straight up thieves with these inflated prices and disgusting customer service and the attitude on top. They said I had to do it outside, they expected me to go outside in the pouring rain or uber back home and come back LOL I was like are y'all insane? Then I actually Ubered to another UPS location 0.5 miles away and they were so nice! Printed both my labels , let me package my box INSIDE the store and it all costed me $13. These people at that store are nuts and this store shouldn’t be affiliated with UPS.

Franco even went the extra mile to help pack my items as it was heavy and difficult to dissemble. They both provided helpful information and had positive attitudes even though there was a long line. The UPS Location on 125th has a good process and I would recommend the store to anyone for quick, fast and positive service.

Something is definitely off. 90% of the time when you go in there, you feel the bad energy and it definitely transfers. Please build another UPS store on that side, PLEASE. I am tired of her bi-polar nature and her various disgruntled employees (that change weekly). UPS, why is this behavior allowed?? Because, she is an franchise owner?? Change is very necessary.
