My packages are scanned and always ship at the next earliest pickup time, arriving at their destination within a few days. The store is a very small space and the staff is exceptionally efficient, courteous, and good-natured, no matter how busy the day and long the line! I’m so glad there’s a UPS Store at this Upper West Side location, and I’m grateful to the excellent staff there.
