In order to print 1 piece of paper such as a printing label even for an ups shipment, you must be charged $3.00 to use to computer + cost to print. FedEx and staples in union square simply let you print any amount of pages and don’t charge for basic use of the computer. This is an “opportunistic” charge on behalf of UPS, used to get as much money out of customers in a situation of need, unacceptable on behalf of a $90 billion company.
