I bought a big box flattened for almost $40 along with some bubble wrap, etc on December 8th, 2025. Carried it all home. Figured out I didn’t need the box. Walked it back there with the receipt on January 5th and they would not give me a refund. Not even a store credit. Manager is nasty as was the guy at the front counter. Almost felt like a racist vibe. Just not wanting to do what was right for their customer. I’ve lived in the neighborhood for 20+ years and will never patronize this location ever again. Make sure you don’t buy anything that you may need to return here because they won’t accommodate you.
