I was visiting from Florida, and the UPS store near my hotel was not yet open, so I chose the 3rd Ave store. I was assisted by Mirian, who was very helpful and kind. The next time I ship a package when visiting NYC, I will choose the 3rd Ave UPS store because my customer service experience with Mirian was excellent—much better than I have been used to at the store closer to my go-to NYC hotel.

Today I brought them a cd player to return but when I got home I realized I forgot to put the remote control in with the package! So I ran back and they were totally cool and helped me open the package and place the remote inside. Whew! I have always used this location, as a senior citizen I find the staff in charge is always super helpful, patient and competent. Pedro who was in the back is great too, but it was Mirian and Brittaney who saved me! Thank you, thank you, thank you! UPS is a great shipper, as we all know- but they are really fortunate to have such great people working for them. 5 big stars!
