And, worse yet, they are more expensive than other apostille agencies that are more responsive, professional and competent. I cannot emphasize this enough. You have been warned. They misspelled my name and the only information on the apostille is literally just a name. After multiple emails and calls they did not returned any of my calls. Mind this is service that is $400 per document.

I had to shipment that had a bar code - the self serve wasn’t working so I had to ask for assistance. Before I can get sent out of my mouth about what I needed help with she asked abruptly and rude. “Is that what you’re shipping?” Pointing to my bag of items in their original packaging - requested by the company I was Shiping to. I said yes here they are - she said “you’re going to have to purchase a box for those sir “ I told her the request from company was to have it in original package . She refused to help and persistently tried to sell me a box that was more money than some of the items I was returning . Then she told me I was being difficult and that I she couldn’t help me and took a customer behind me . This was on Nassau Street in Manhattan. I ended up going to Beaver Street few miles away and they took my package as is with no problem. Someone like Janice shouldn’t be representing UPS Very uncomfortable and if I had a choice, I would never use the company again just based off of that specific employee. I’ll be sure to tell my family about my experience
