How is this even passing health and safety inspections? Until this location gets a serious deep clean and proper maintenance, I absolutely cannot recommend it to anyone.

I paid almost $1000 to have multiple documents handled, it has been 2 months with no update on status. If you are able to get someone on the phone, they have no ability to help. Most calls will go point you to a voicemail which will not be responded to, emails will go unanswered as well.

And even if there is no one at the regular line, the agent will make you go to the self service line The regular line agent both times I’ve visited appeared to have been competing with Flash from zootopia and they hate their job
