1 star (I'd give negative if possible). The only redeeming things here are the super convenient location (for me, just blocks away) and the self-service kiosk that actually works. Everything else is a toxic environment with unhelpful, rude staff who make things intentionally difficult. No proper human interactions—no hellos, no goodbyes, just bad aura and attitude from start to finish. Over multiple Amazon return attempts, staff were dismissive, reluctant, silent with attitude, and even aggressively snatched packages mid-process. It matches what so many other reviews say: rude employees, horrible service, poor attitudes. Avoid unless you have no other option—go elsewhere for better vibes and help.

Out of all the UPS stores in the neighborhood, it is the nicest, friendliest, and easiest to serve the customer.

Incredibly rude and indifferent service. Young woman sat behind counter for five minutes staring at her phone before she, grudgingly, got up to serve me. My company will be taking all of our business to Fedex from now on.

It's funny how useful reviews can be it would have saved me from a very bad experience who ever wrote about the staff not engaging with the customer absolutely true no business etiquette at all not very people friendly on a scale of 1-10 -5 and I'm being honest and nice.

Dear manager/franchise owner - you need to stop apologizing in comments and instead spend your time interviewing for and hiring a whole new staff. Is a new 1-star review every week not enough info for you.
