This UPS location gets worse every single time I come here.
Even the intern (named Ianina) treats customers like garbage. The manager clearly does not care and makes zero effort to resolve anything. I had a delivery that was marked delivered to this location in the UPS app, but the package was lost by the people at this store.
Instead of helping, they gaslight you and claim it’s “not even in the system,” while the UPS app clearly shows it was delivered to their address. They were rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to take responsibility or help in any way.
Total lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service. Avoid this location if you value your time or your packages.

Package was refused unless fully taped. However, this UPS Store does not provide tape and instead charges $3 just to tape the box, with no alternative offered. Nowhere in UPS or The UPS Store terms and conditions does it state that customers must pay a separate tape fee to meet basic shipping requirements. This feels like an unreasonable, forced upcharge for a basic necessity. Not customer-friendly, very disappointing.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff here clearly does not want to work. An employee saw three people waiting in line and just walked away. No explanation, no help. When he finally came back, he told me to scan the item myself—even though I was already in line because the self scanning machine wouldn’t scan my barcode.
The customer service is awful. They talk down to you like you’re stupid and don’t know how a scanner works. The attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I would absolutely go somewhere else if this place wasn’t so close to my job.

So RUDE and unhelpful. To ship a kids book they wanted to charge me 45.00. I went to the UPS on 2nd and 73rd and for the identical shipping it was 14.00. The employee is Jonanthan. I’d fire him. He also stated I’d receive an email receipt. As he didn’t have my email I stayed and he finally printed a receipt. So at least I have the name of the worst employee ever and can warn others DO NOT HIRE Jonanthan.
As a response to UPS: it had nothing to do with materials. I was shipping a book. The UPS on 2nd and 73rd agreed YOUR location was scamming. Both locations used the identical materials yours charged $46 while they charged $14. In NO universe does shipping a book cost $46. Jonanthan must be a relative which is the only reason he continues to work at your location and you continue to defend him.

Sneaky upcharges: I have an industrial flat mailing scale at home. I paid very close attention to the weight and measurements for 2 packages that I recently weighed and measured at home and bought labels for on UPS.com and then dropped off at this UPS location. A few days later, I received an email indicating that the weight and measurements had increased, and I was charged additional fees to my credit card. My 5-pound package was re-weighed at 7 pounds, and an inch was added to two dimensions. For the second package, another pound was added to my 8-pound package and another inch to one dimension. The $4.24 upcharge is not the primary issue. It's that my weight and measurements were precise and carefully noted when I bought the label, and I have little recourse to dispute the extra charges. This is not the first time this has happened at this UPS store. Note to management: Don't rip off your customers, or you won't have any.
