  These might be some of the rudest and least helpful UPS employees I’ve ever met. Every customer that came in while I was waiting in line had a negative interaction with the person at the desk. It was odd.

  Nope! Make yourself a favor and go to another location. Staff is so rude and lazy. They denied to give me a receipt that I always get. I hold responsable the cashier working today on Sep 21 at 1:45pm with his absolutely rude and disrespectful attitude for the safety of my package delivery. Have a photo. UPS pls close this location or hire competent staff.

  Follow this advice if you want to have a decent experience at this specific UPS store location, because the people working there are not super helpful. 1. Carefully read the instructions for whatever parcel you're trying to send out, return, or ship yourself. Make sure you already have the QR code ready to scan, or the label printed out, or the item ready to be placed in a cello bag, or the parcel taped up. 2. Try first to use the machine near the front door. If you can’t figure out how to use it, ask another customer (we are helpful). If the machine doesn’t work for you, only ask a worker as a last resort. 3. Drop off valuable parcels between 4 and 5pm. More than once I’ve had parcels disappear from this store after I scanned them and placed them near the big pile of outbound boxes, but before the physical UPS truck showed up to take the parcels away. I’ve then had to fight with UPS insurance to get the claims paid. To avoid this inconvenience, I would suggest dropping off parcels only just before the UPS truck appears for the evening pickup. 4. If you must interact with a worker, phrase your questions so they can be answered only with a yes or no. The workers here are actually pleasant people, but there is zero “above and beyond” attitude that you may expect if you frequent other local businesses on the block like the jewelry guy, the dry cleaner, and the shoe repair place. This is a franchise location apparently run by an absentee owner who cares very little about their customers’ experience and even less about their employees, but inexplicably likes to use ChatGPT to respond to Google reviews.
