Printing a page costs $4.08 at this UPS store, even if you have a prepaid label. Apparently it would cost $5.19 plus tax if you send them the email so it's even worse. The $20 hold on your card is also another weird thing, like why would you put a hold for printing a page on top of the $4.08 I paid to print... Also if you do need to print out make sure you have all the links and sign ins ready because they only give you 15mins to sort out your printing, after that you pay again...Do yourself a favor and print elsewhere, don't let these thieves take advantage of you in broad daylight!!!

Excellent service! They do printouts, photocopies, notarize documents and also click/print passport photos - a stop solution to all my shipping woes. Everyone at the store is super helpful and informed and they make sure you have all the information you need. Only tip would be to bring your own tape/seal your packages at home as they do charge if you ask for even the smallest amount of tape for your packages

They charged $2 to use around 1.5 ft of packing tape. Seriously?? Staff had an attitude. Would not recommend.
