The staff has always been incredibly friendly, attentative and timely. Anytime I have a shipment to drop off, the staff has handled the item with care and have always been transparent and more than happy to discuss any questions I might have. I cannot reccomend this location enough for any business/printing/shipping services you might need in lower Manhattan.

I also asked if there was anything else I could pay for to make it faster, they said it would be guaranteed by 2pm. Two days later at 2pm, the delivery is not even close to its destination, as seen by its tracking id, and its incurring losses for me. Tried calling UPS and their automated calling system is a nightmare. Avoid if you need an urgent delivery, UPS cannot do the job. edit: The owner of the store called me to clarify, that UPS carrier is independent of the store. They are also investigating the status of my lost package. I appreciate the store's assistance in responding.
