I don’t ship things often so I had a couple of basic questions to which he responded in a demeaning manner. He proceeded to use profane language for no absolute reason. The question was particularly about packaging and he refused to answer and ignored me while I was talking directly to him. I am struggling to understand why this kind of behaviour (unwarranted) is the kind of brand representation you guys are okay with. This particular employee clearly also seemed under the influence. Due to this interaction I am worried that this employee might damage my package. I hope you guys train your employees to be better than this.

Not alter the order. Just change the shipping method. After being transferred, placed on hold, and repeating myself multiple times, I was ultimately told they “couldn’t” make the change. No clear explanation. No workaround. No ownership. It’s hard to understand how a company can process payments instantly but can’t modify a shipping method before fulfillment. The rigidity and lack of problem-solving were frustrating, but what stood out most was the absence of accountability. No one seemed empowered to actually help. An hour of my time for something that should take five minutes is unacceptable. If you value efficiency or competent customer support, be prepared for friction.

The associates are quite rude and short when answering questions about simple, customer related concerns such as whether one is logged off of their Gmail when logging off the computer for printing and how to change the layout of a document to landscape.
