Had several packages for the holidays and Randol was just fantastic. It was later in the day, and he was still friendly and helpful, and I appreciate that! Quick and easy service.

Went there to pack and ship a small box. Fortunately I had a box with me, they would have charged me $20 for the box and $2.00 for the person to tape it for shipping.

A 17x16x10 25lbs packaging was at $52.99 and a ups ground $118.10 I don't feel this is right. Can someone explain. What double charge on the shipping label while the packaging is already high or I am just being dramatic.
