I’ve visited this location many times and generally had no issues with sending or returning packages. However, during my most recent visit, the service was beyond frustrating and disappointing. There was only one employee assisting customers, and although he processed my return quickly, he rushed through it without weighing the package and left it unattended on the scale in plain view. Given the value of the contents, I politely asked that it be placed under the counter with the other secured packages as part of standard process.
Instead, the employee responded with visible irritation, delayed addressing my request for over 15 minutes, and repeatedly ignored it while assisting other customers - whose packages he immediately secured without issue. When I followed up, I was met with a rude remark rather than assistance. Notably, I was the only Asian customer in the store at the time, which made the experience feel particularly uncomfortable and concerning.
When I called UPS to file a complaint, they refused and said the only way to do that is to go to the physical store and speak to a manager. Do better, UPS.

Went there to pack and ship a small box. Fortunately I had a box with me, they would have charged me $20 for the box and $2.00 for the person to tape it for shipping.
