Amazon charged me to return two items through UPS when I got to this UPS store (which has a sign that they take Amazon returns) they charged me and additional $39.99 just to return to amazon!!

I went in person to request a a tracking number today because I also did not get a receipt (I was also not asked for my email to get email or text updates which is pretty standard in my opinion) And saw the delay. He continues to say I didn’t tell him I wanted premium processing even though we discussed pricing for a good couple minutes. He could have admitted his mistake and explained he misunderstood and apologize but instead he continued dismissing me and telling me I was wrong, which I was not, because how am I going to be wrong about the thing I came in explicitly to do. No effort in improving the situation, nothing.

Those prices for printing are criminal. I recommend printing at Fedex and then dropping off at UPS. Not as convenient as a one-stop-shop, but I won't be paying $5 convenience fee. I'll email my PDF to the Fedex printer and only pay for the pages I need.
