I used their services to have an Apostille stamp processed, and they were professional and attentive throughout the entire experience. Zayn was extremely helpful and even sent photos of the shipment, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and I highly recommend this location. Last time I had in my bag the tape and the stuffing that I was going to put into the box and close it, and, the guy was like no, I got you and we'll do it right. Then he charged me for throwing their stuffing in and taping it shut. Yesterday, I stopped in to print something and I kind of understand that if I'm printing from a file then maybe I can't select the few pages that I need but I only needed it in black & white printing, and while I was already at the machine , one of them came over to take charge , they chose to go through all the choices with me without telling me it would be printed it in color, charged me $1 per page and told me it's the same whether it's color or black and white. If I hadn't had the previous experience, I might have just let it go but now I will use fedex/kinkos for any of this stuff from now on and not these rip-off artists who do not care about keeping my ongoing business!
