The best UPS I've ever been too. Edward and Nay saved my life with print outs I needed last minute. They were patient and very kind. While I was here the store got busy and they helped every customer with ease and even knew returning customers and greeted them by name. Definitely will return

Bring my package, and they demand box and cost $15, I did not say anything, then bring my own box, they demand need to pay for tape, ONLY for me, I saw they tape other people box for FREE, ok buy their tape $7 for small one should only cost $3 at target , and I did not say a word, until they asked me to leave the store to tape the box outside!!!!!!!! There was only one customer in the store beside me, I am not blocking anyone business, and it is freezing outside! Something are wrong with them, as no customer deserves disrespectful treatment like that.
